What is Heartworks Lomi Lomi massage?
Heartworks Lomi Lomi is an ancient Hawaiian Healing massage. This is much more than just a massage technique. This full body massage style works by opening the heart, and helps you let go of old stagnant energy to make room for the new nourishing energy of love.
Heartworks Lomi Lomi is about creating a feeling of being nurtured and cared for. It gives space for joy and creativity “to come”.
Lomi Lomi is often referred to as a spiritual massage. However the technique is actually quite practical and specific.

After three days (30 hours of training) you will also be issued with a IICT accredited Certificate for 30hrs of training.

Heartworks Lomi Lomi level 1:
This is an introduction to the divine Hawaiian style of massage. On this course you will give and receive massages. By the end of the course you will be able to perform a full body 90 minute treatment on your own;connect with Hawaiian life principles and learn to give from a full heart.
You will be encouraged, held and supported by Katharine and Kirralee so you can feel confident to massage after your training with them.
This Course also includes;
• Start the day with gentle exercises
• Connect with the ancient Hawaiian healing modality
• Learn 7 Hawaiian life principles
• Connect and improve breath while giving treatments
• Experience and learn heart opening meditations
• Eat healthy, cleansing & nourishing foods
• Mette’s Institute approved course
• IICT approved course
• No prior massage experience required
